Coffey International Development are currently seeking to engage a small team of highly skilled professionals who are able to work with a large organisation in Fiji to analyse current work processes, practices and systems and develop and implement plans to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, timeliness and client service.
The team will work together, across a number of operational work streams, to address embedded problems and ineffective workflow and to identify where information systems can be re-designed to improve alignment with work processes. Where possible, the organisation would like to move to paperless work flow and persons with expertise in designing such work processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to be innovative in finding solutions to problems with operational systems and to create a high-performance culture in an organisation which impacts all Fijians and Fiji’s economic development.
These roles will be on the basis of a one-year contract with a possible extension for a further year. Competitive remuneration packages will be negotiated with selected candidates.
